There is a mild sense of loss as my team leader and mentor finally began her study leave. She has always been there for me since day one as a baby qualified therapist, guiding me along the way in an area that was truly a whole new learning experience. Now the team's really all on our own. It has been a rather busy first two days of the month following my slightly new coverage and I don't really know if it will continue that way... brrr. No more honeymoon period, no more helping other units. Well, I guess I just gotta stay strong!
