Laughing's not as painful now. Woohoo! And I got to eat yusheng finally today... yippee! Well, thanks to all the peepz who came over last week to visit me and chat till late with me. :p Really love you gals to bits. You know who you are!
The furrysquidge is getting the hang of house and toilet rules. The poor girl was pretty confused last week when I started not leaving the house during the day and it messed things up (both the squidge and the humans) for a while. Headache sia.
Stitches will be off tmrw! Then it's intensive scar management from then on... I'm pretty okay with scars - after all, I'm blind to my own birthmark already - but well, I will try to address it and at least not let it overgrow too zealously.
And I will try to sit on my therapyball once again in the next couple of days or so.
I came across this last week:
To believe in God demands an act of faith—as does the decision not to believe in him. Neither is based upon absolute certainty, nor can they be. To accept Jesus demands a leap of faith—but so does the decision to reject him. To accept Christianity demands faith—and so does the decision to reject it. Both rest upon faith, in that nobody can prove with absolute certainty that Jesus is the Son of God, the risen saviour of humanity—just as nobody can prove with absolute certainty that he is not. The decision, whatever it may be, rests upon faith. There is an element of doubt in each case. (http://www.rzim.org/resources/jttran.php?seqid=110)
